  • 1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound pork sausage(hot or mild)
  • 3 cups biscuit mix(dry

How To Make sausage balls

  • Step 1
    heat cheese and sausage.in large saucepan.stir with a wooden spoon until cheese has melted.add biscuit mix;stir until smooth.chill about 1 hour
  • Step 2
    shape into balls the sizs of a nickel.place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Step 3
    bake at 400*F.for 8 to 10 minutes.remove from oven and place on paper towels to drain;serve warm.these freeze well after baking.to reheat,place in slow oven and heat thoroughly.
