    pork sausage(hot or mild)
  • 3 c
    biscuit mix(dry

How to Make sausage balls


  1. heat cheese and large saucepan.stir with a wooden spoon until cheese has melted.add biscuit mix;stir until smooth.chill about 1 hour
  2. shape into balls the sizs of a on ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. bake at 400*F.for 8 to 10 minutes.remove from oven and place on paper towels to drain;serve warm.these freeze well after reheat,place in slow oven and heat thoroughly.
