- 2 pounds mild sausage
- 1 medium onion chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 10 ounces cream cheese
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 box puff pastry sheet, thawed
- 1 - egg
How To Make sausage appetizer

Step 1Brown sausage ,onions add salt and pepper

Step 2In a large bowl mix soften cream cheese green onions and egg

Step 3Drain sausage mix add to cream cheese a little at a time. Chill for 2 hours or over night.

Step 4Take puff pastry roll out a little put sausage mix on top. Put second puff pastry on top bake at 350 till golden brown. Cut into squares.serve warm
