Ingredients

2 pounds mild sausage
1 medium onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
10 ounces cream cheese
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 box puff pastry sheet, thawed
1 - egg

How To Make sausage appetizer

Step 1

Brown sausage ,onions add salt and pepper

Step 2

In a large bowl mix soften cream cheese green onions and egg
Step 3

Drain sausage mix add to cream cheese a little at a time. Chill for 2 hours or over night.
Step 4

Take puff pastry roll out a little put sausage mix on top. Put second puff pastry on top bake at 350 till golden brown. Cut into squares.serve warm
