- 5 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 packages (1-1/4 oz. each) dry onion soup mix
- 4 large eggs
How To Make roaster oven meatballs

Step 1Preheat 18-quart roaster oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2Combine all ingredients; stir until well mixed. Form into 1-inch meatballs. Place meatballs into preheated Cookwell.

Step 3Cover; bake 30 to 45 minutes. Stir occasionally to brown all sides of meatballs.
