These are fast and easy. I love making appetizers for parties. My favorite party is one that serves up many appetizers so I can just graze on many different yummy things.

Ingredients

  • 12 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 slices deli roast beef
  • 12 slices swiss cheese
  • SAUCE
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish

How To Make roast beef lettuce roll up appetizer

  • Step 1
    Mix the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Wash Romaine lettuce leaves and pat dry. Lay out one Romaine leaf.
  • Step 3
    Spread some horseradish sauce on lettuce leaf
  • Step 4
    Top with roast beef
  • Step 5
    To roast beef with swiss cheese
  • Step 6
    Roll lettuce leaf and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
  • Step 7
    Cut each in half and they are ready to eat.
