These are fast and easy. I love making appetizers for parties. My favorite party is one that serves up many appetizers so I can just graze on many different yummy things.

Ingredients

  • 12 large
    romaine lettuce leaves
  • 12 slice
    deli roast beef
  • 12 slice
    swiss cheese
  • SAUCE

  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    horseradish

How to Make Roast Beef Lettuce Roll up Appetizer

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
  2. Wash Romaine lettuce leaves and pat dry. Lay out one Romaine leaf.
  3. Spread some horseradish sauce on lettuce leaf
  4. Top with roast beef
  5. To roast beef with swiss cheese
  6. Roll lettuce leaf and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.
  7. Cut each in half and they are ready to eat.
