Ingredients
- 12 large romaine lettuce leaves
- 12 slices deli roast beef
- 12 slices swiss cheese
- SAUCE
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
How To Make roast beef lettuce roll up appetizer

Step 1Mix the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.

Step 2Wash Romaine lettuce leaves and pat dry. Lay out one Romaine leaf. -
Step 3Spread some horseradish sauce on lettuce leaf

Step 4Top with roast beef

Step 5To roast beef with swiss cheese

Step 6Roll lettuce leaf and secure with kitchen twine or toothpicks.

Step 7Cut each in half and they are ready to eat.
