How to Make Mini tacos
- 1Brown ground beef and drain any grease. Add taco seasoning mix to your taste.
- 2Use a cup cake pan and put a wonton wrapper into each cup cake indention after spraying Pam into the pan.
- 3Spoon ground beef into wonton wrappers and top with a pinch of cheese, I used a shredded Mexican blend, and bake for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 4Top with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
I served with a bowl of re-fried beans topped with a little Mexican blend cheese and heated for a minute in the microwave.
