My husband and I make these a lot . Perfect for football game snacks , showers , appetizer or just a pop in your mouth snack ! These were a hit at my daughters baby shower.

Ingredients
- 1 package - hidden valley ranch dip mix
- 1 (8oz) - cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4.25oz) - can chopped black olives, drained
- 1 (4oz) - can green chili peppers, drained and minced
- 1/4 cup - green pepper, minced
- - thinly sliced deli ham, optional
- - flour tortillas
How To Make mexican roll-ups

Step 1Combine all ingredients (except tortillas and ham ) in bowl.

Step 2Spread mixture, about 1/8" thick, onto tortillas. Add a slice ham , (optional)

Step 3Roll up tortillas. Slice into 1" sections. Refrigerate before serving.
