This is out of one of my community cookbooks, which anytime any local organization puts together cookbooks I usually pick one up. When I make this I put it into one of my crockpots on low to keep it warm.

Ingredients For man dip

  • 1 pound bulk sausage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt(you can substitute 3-4 garlic cloves, cooked with the meats and onion)
  • pepper
  • 2 pounds shredded velveeta cheese
  • 2 - 10 1/2 ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 - 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped(optional)

How To Make man dip

  • 1
    In a large skillet over medium heat cook sausage, ground beef and onion(and garlic) until meats are browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.

    Serve warm with corn or tortilla chips.
