Ingredients For lasagna cups

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef cooked and drained
  • 1 c
    spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 24
    wonton wrappers

How To Make lasagna cups

  • 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees Spray 2 muffin pans and line with wonton wrappers.

    Combine 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and ricotta cheese.
  • 3
    Combine the sauce and beef.
  • 4
    Add a small amount of cheese mixture in each cup followed by a small amount of beef mixture and repeat once. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
