I love pork chops and when I make a pork chop sandwich. I have to add onions and lettuce to the sandwich.

  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chicken breader
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 6 slices pork chops thick

How To Make juicy's fried pork chops

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Step 2
    Season the pork chops with the creole, kosher salt and garlic pepper.
  • Step 3
    Put the pork chops into the breader. When the oil is nice and hot, shake off excess breader from the pork chops, and fry in the hot oil.
  • Step 4
    Cook on each side 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden on the outside and juices run clear.
