How To Make holiday bacon apptizers

• Step 1
  Pre heat oven to 250 degreesF
• Step 2
  Lay crackers face up on a large rack over a baking sheet or broiler pan.
• Step 3
  cut package of bacon in half
• Step 4
  carefully wrap 1/2 slices of bacon around cracker (careful not to knock off cheese)
• Step 5
  place bacon wrapped crackers on rack. bake for two hours till bacon is crisp.....serve hot or at room temperature
• Step 6
  note: brown sugar and be used instead of cheese
