Hoisin Ginger Pork & Fruit Skewers

thin sliced boneless pork
soy sauce, low sodium
fruit of choice & juice, or lime juice
How to Make Hoisin Ginger Pork & Fruit Skewers
1For grilling wooden skewers so they dont burn, soak in water for a half hour before loading them up!
Marinate pork in 1/2c hoisin 1tbs 1tsp soy, lime juice or pineapple juice, and 1/2tsp ginger, for at least 1/2 hour. I marinated over night.
2Put meat and fruit of choice on skewers.
Brush fruit with honey soy mix.
Place on heated grill or grill pan, grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
3Top with chopped green onions. Serve with dipping sauce for a great app. Or serve with side of rice for great one dish meal.
DIPPING SAUCE 1C Hoison with 2tsp-soy & 2tsp-pineapple juice.
!/2c juice with 2tsp honey
