- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 can ro tel
- 12 ounces cream cheese
How To Make hamburger dip

Step 1Brown hamburger on a medium heat. Stir often to ensure there are no big chunks. Drain off fat.

Step 2Stir in Ro Tel.

Step 3On LOW heat add cream cheese in 2 inch chunks. Stir often. The cream cheese melts quickly...don't walk away. Immediately, remove from heat once cream cheese is melted.

Step 4Serve or place in warm crock pot for guests to enjoy later.
