  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 can ro tel
  • 12 ounces cream cheese

How To Make hamburger dip

  • Step 1
    Brown hamburger on a medium heat. Stir often to ensure there are no big chunks. Drain off fat.
  • Step 2
    Stir in Ro Tel.
  • Step 3
    On LOW heat add cream cheese in 2 inch chunks. Stir often. The cream cheese melts quickly...don't walk away. Immediately, remove from heat once cream cheese is melted.
  • Step 4
    Serve or place in warm crock pot for guests to enjoy later.
