Game Day / Race Day Emerils Wings

Wren Ridgeway

These wings are the best! I follow the directions on the bottle of " Emerils Wing Sauce" But when I take the wings out to turn them over after the first 35 min., I drain most of the juice out of my baking pan. Leaving enough to cover the bottom of the pan, so wings won't stick, continue baking the last 25 minutes. When done, remove the wings immediately unto a platter.

How to Make Game Day / Race Day Emerils Wings

  1. Clean and cut your wings at the joint, cut tips off of wings.
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place your wings and drum sticks on a greased baking pan. Salt and pepper. Coat each wing with Emerils Wing sauce. I use a rubber basting brush. Making sure some of your sauce is on the bottom side of your wings and drum sticks.
  3. Bake wings for 35 minutes. Remove from oven ( this is where I drain off some of the juice in my pan, leaving enough so wings will not stick to your pan) Turn over your wings and drum sticks and place back in oven for an additional 25 minutes. When they are done remove from pan with tongs and place on a platter. Serve with Ranch dressing. Delicious! Enjoy!
