Ingredients

  • 500 g
    pork brains
  • 500 ml
    water
  • 5 large
    black pepper peppercorn
  • 2 medium
    egg
  • 150 g
    flour
  • 150 g
    bread crumbs fine
  • 200 ml
    sun flower oil
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    spices for food(maggi)
  • 1 medium
    laurel leaf

How to Make Fryied pork brains

Step-by-Step

  1. I used,frozen pork brain.I defrost it,in the fridge,then,I separate each piece,and wash them gentle.
  2. Drain them with paper towell.
  3. In a mug,put the brains with water (must cover them),with black peppercorns,laurel.Broil it.
  4. After is done,drain the water,remote the peppercorns and laurel,and let the brain chill.
  5. Pour on chilled brains a little salt,food spices.
  6. Pass each brain piece thru beaten egg,flour and bread crumbs.
  7. Fry,and degrease in paper towels.
  8. Fryied brains must be soft inside and crunchy outside.
