Ingredients
- 500 grams pork brains
- 500 milliliters water
- 5 large black pepper peppercorn
- 2 medium egg
- 150 grams flour
- 150 grams bread crumbs fine
- 200 milliliters sun flower oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon spices for food(maggi)
- 1 medium laurel leaf
How To Make fryied pork brains

Step 1I used,frozen pork brain.I defrost it,in the fridge,then,I separate each piece,and wash them gentle.

Step 2Drain them with paper towell.

Step 3In a mug,put the brains with water (must cover them),with black peppercorns,laurel.Broil it.

Step 4After is done,drain the water,remote the peppercorns and laurel,and let the brain chill.

Step 5Pour on chilled brains a little salt,food spices.

Step 6Pass each brain piece thru beaten egg,flour and bread crumbs.

Step 7Fry,and degrease in paper towels.

Step 8Fryied brains must be soft inside and crunchy outside.
