Simple quick dish for my family

Ingredients

  • 2lbs - ground chuck
  • 1 can - cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can - cream of celery soup
  • 2 pkgs - kraft finely shredded cheese
  • 1 can - rotel tomatoes (hot)
  • I package - mccormick taco seasoning
  • Family siz - doritos

How To Make dorito casserole

  • Step 1
    Brown hamburger meat to your preference and DRAIN GREASE
  • Step 2
    Add Taco seasoning (follow instructions ) ...Drain the remaining grease
  • Step 3
    In a large pot ..combine seasoned meat, cream of mushroom, cream of celery, diced rotel tomatoes and salt and pepper to liking and simmer on LOW for 10 minutes
  • Step 4
    Crumble doritos and sprinkle 1 layer in a 9x13 dish , coat doritos with a layer of cheese and casserole mix...continue to do this until your dish is filled....final layers should end with doritos and cheese toppings
  • Step 5
    Cook in oven for 15 minutes uncovered on 340 degrees or til your preference
