deviled ham spread
This is a great as an appetizer spread served with your favorite dry cracker, or it's also a wonderful sandwich spread.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish cream (i use a tablespoon, but use as much or as little as you like)
- 1-5 dash hot sauce or hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pinch caraway seeds, or to taste
- 1/4 cup celery, very finely chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, very finely chopped
How To Make deviled ham spread

Step 1Add the ham, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, pepper, paprika and caraway seeds (if using) to a food processor. Pulse to puree the ingredients to desired texture.

Step 2Stir in chopped celery and chopped onion, and cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Step 3It makes a great appetizer spread to serve with dry crackers. Or, it's also great as a sandwich spread.
