Deviled Ham Spread

Ingredients

1 1/2 ccooked ham, cubed

1/4 clow-fat mayonnaise

2 tspprepared mustard

1 tsphorseradish cream (i use a tablespoon, but use as much or as little as you like)

1-5 dash(es)hot sauce or hot pepper sauce

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1/2 tspcelery seed

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tsppaprika
-
1 pinchcaraway seeds, or to taste

1/4 ccelery, very finely chopped

1/4 conion, very finely chopped
How to Make Deviled Ham Spread
- Add the ham, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, pepper, paprika and caraway seeds (if using) to a food processor. Pulse to puree the ingredients to desired texture.
- Stir in chopped celery and chopped onion, and cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- It makes a great appetizer spread to serve with dry crackers. Or, it's also great as a sandwich spread.
