This is a great as an appetizer spread served with your favorite dry cracker, or it's also a wonderful sandwich spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked ham, cubed
  • 1/4 c
    low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp
    horseradish cream (i use a tablespoon, but use as much or as little as you like)
  • 1-5 dash(es)
    hot sauce or hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 pinch
    caraway seeds, or to taste
  • 1/4 c
    celery, very finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    onion, very finely chopped

How to Make Deviled Ham Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. Add the ham, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, celery seed, pepper, paprika and caraway seeds (if using) to a food processor. Pulse to puree the ingredients to desired texture.
  2. Stir in chopped celery and chopped onion, and cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. It makes a great appetizer spread to serve with dry crackers. Or, it's also great as a sandwich spread.
