Zesty Candied Kielbasa

Melissa Buchanan-Smith

This variation has a bit more tang then the traditional candied kielbasa I have come across.

I have doubled it each time I have made it as it goes fast!

How to Make Zesty Candied Kielbasa

  1. Slice kielbasa on an angle. Sauté to release some of the natural juices.
  2. Combine ingredients. Add the sausage, and mix well.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until sauce thickens, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Note: I have baked in a crock pot. Place on high till good and hot then turn down to low for four hours. I believe the sauce coats better in an oven.
