How to Make Camptown Bacon

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Combine mustard and brown sugar and brush on one side of bacon strips.
  3. Place on broiler pan and bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  4. When serving as an appetizer, cool bacon and cut into 4 or 5 pieces per strip.
  5. Makes about 75 pieces as an appetizer.
