bbq meatballs
Great little appetizers. I make these for parties and my grandkids really love them but I have to leave the onions out for them.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 slices white bread crusts removed
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion diced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- - favorite bbq sauce i used sweet baby rays
How To Make bbq meatballs

Step 1soak the bread in the milk and wring out discarding most of the milk. Mix it well with your fingers until it is all broken up into small bits.

Step 2Mix all ingredients together except BBQ sauce until well incorporated. Roll into balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. More or less depending on the size of your meatballs. Roll them around a couple of times during baking to keep them round shaped.

Step 3Remove from baking pan and place in a large pot. pour BBQ sauce over top and cook just until sauce is warmed. Serve on toothpicks if making as an appetizer
