How to Make Bacon Poppers
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each slice of cheese into 6 squares so that you have twelve squares.
- Mix the mustard and brown sugar together and spread on one side of the bacon.
- Turn the bacon over and place the cracker at one end of the bacon and place a piece of cheese on the cracker. Roll the bacon around the cracker in a spiral shape and place on the baking sheet. If you like you may add spices before rolling the bacon around the cracker. Lay on a backing sheet with the end of the bacon down. Bake for about 20 minutes until the bacon is crisp. Place colored toothpicks in to serve.
