  • 1/4 pound italian ham, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound provolone cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 2 large eggs, beaten slightly
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried

How To Make antipasto square

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of 9 x 13 pan with olive oil. Unroll 1 pkg. of the crescent roll dough and cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Step 2
Layer the ham, provolone cheese, salami, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni in that order, on top of the dough. Stir the parmesan cheese, pepper, oregano, and basil in the eaten eggs in a small bowl.
  • Step 3
Pour 3/4 of this mixture over the pepperoni. Spread it over the length of the dish. Unroll the 2nd package of the crescent roll dough and place over the top of the pepperoni.
  • Step 4
Brush the top completely with the remaining egg mixture. Cover with a sprayed aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove foil, and bake another 20 minutes, or until the dough is fluffy and golden brown. Let set for 5 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm, or at room temperature.
