Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cut into chunks melon
- 2 - limes
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup tequila or frozen concentrate lime juice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

How To Make mexican mojito melon kabobs

Step 1In a large resealable ziplock bag, place cut up melons with grated lime zest and juice from 2 limes. Add sugar, mint and tequila. Turn to coat and refrigerate for one hour.

Step 2To serve thread 4-5 melons on each skewer, discard marinade. Top with more lime peel and mint.
