1 1/2 lb
cut into chunks melon
2
limes
1/3 c
sugar
1/3 c
tequila or frozen concentrate lime juice
3 Tbsp
chopped fresh mint
skewers

How to Make Mexican Mojito Melon Kabobs

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large resealable ziplock bag, place cut up melons with grated lime zest and juice from 2 limes.
    Add sugar, mint and tequila. Turn to coat and refrigerate for one hour.
  • 2To serve thread 4-5 melons on each skewer, discard marinade. Top with more lime peel and mint.
