I love cranberries and this is a favorite.

I even throw in a chopped jalapeno, but that is optional.

How to Make Holiday Cranberry Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
    Put cranberries in a 13x9 pan with sugar.
    Cover with foil.
  2. Bake @ 350 until cranberries burst, about 1 hour.
    Take out of oven and stir in pecans and preserves.
  3. Chill.
    When ready to serve, pour over block of cream cheese and serve with favorite crackers.
