1Mix together cranberries and cup of sugar. Place in covered container in 350 Degree oven for 30 minutes.
2After taking cranberries out of oven, stir well and
make certain cranberries pop and release juices.
3Add pineapple preserves and mix well. Let sit at room temperature and then refrigerate in airtight container for several hours or overnight. Spread cream cheese on plate and pour cranberries over the cheese. Serve with crackers.
