  • ·
    non stick aluminum foil
  • 4
    whole cinnamon graham crackers (do not break apart)
  • 8 Tbsp
    marshmallow fluff, divided
  • 8 Tbsp
    mini marshmallows
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon curd (or fruit jam)
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 c
    fresh berries (sliced, if large)

How to Make Berry Easy Pavlova


  1. Preheat oven to 425. Line baking pan with foil.
  2. Place graham crackers on pan; top each with 2 tablespoons fluff and 2 tablespoons marshmallows. Place on rack of oven, bake 3 - 4 minutes or until golden.
  3. Microwave lemon curd and water for 1 minute or until warm; toss with berries, then spoon over marshmallows. Let stand 1 - 2 minutes to cool. Serve.
