My Grandkids love this yogurt recipe. They would eat it all day if I let them. Great for entertaining too!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (18 oz) fat free vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 - granny smith or red delicious apples, sliced
How To Make apple slices with yogurt dip

Step 1Drain yogurt overnight in the refrigerator to create yogurt cheese. To do this, place a double layer of coffee filters in a sifter/strainer. Pour the yogurt on top of the filters. Cover with plastic wrap so no refrigerator odors are absorbed. Place a small bowl beneath the sifter/strainer to capture the draining whey. In the morning you'll have perfect yogurt cheese.

Step 2Stir honey and cinnamon into the yogurt cheese. Serve the dip with freshly sliced Granny Smith or Red Delicious apples.

Step 3Tip: Try different flavors of yogurt and a variety of fruits. Use whatever's in season and available!
