Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped olives with pimentos
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make white cheddar pimento cheese

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients until well-blended. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers, celery or apple slices.
