- 1 1/2 cups smoked gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon worcheshire sause
- 2 teaspoons southwest seasoning mix
- 3 tablespoons pimentos
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
How To Make very "gouda" pimento cheese

Step 1Shred cheeses. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.

Step 2Add in mayonnaise, southwest seasoning, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, beat to blend.

Step 3Stir in pimenos and cheeses until all combined. Taste to salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1hour or overnight.
