Very "Gouda" Pimento Cheese
1 1/2 csmoked gouda cheese
1/2 csharp cheddar cheese
4 ozcream cheese, room temperature
1 tspworcheshire sause
2 tspsouthwest seasoning mix
1 Tbsponion powder
How to Make Very "Gouda" Pimento Cheese
- Shred cheeses.
In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in mayonnaise, southwest seasoning, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, beat to blend.
- Stir in pimenos and cheeses until all combined.
Taste to salt and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1hour or overnight.
