sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c
1 tsp
worcheshire sause
2 tsp
southwest seasoning mix
3 Tbsp
1 Tbsp
onion powder

How to Make Very "Gouda" Pimento Cheese


  • 1Shred cheeses.
    In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • 2Add in mayonnaise, southwest seasoning, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, beat to blend.
  • 3Stir in pimenos and cheeses until all combined.
    Taste to salt and pepper.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1hour or overnight.
