I got this recipe from a tea room. It is so good.

It freezes nicely for several days, but do not thaw before cooking.

Ingredients

3 medium
eggs
1 1/4 c
milk
1/4 c
grated cheese (use sharp if you like a bite to it)
1/2 pkg
dry vegetable soup mix (knorr's)
1/4 tsp
sugar
1 dash(es)
salt
1 dash(es)
pepper
1 dash(es)
italian seasoning
1 pkg
3" tart shells - uncooked

How to Make Veggie Quiche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. This is extremely important because the quiche cooks better at the right temperature. If you know your oven cooks hotter, faster, slower, etc., adjust the temperature accordingly.
  • 2Beat the eggs with the milk.
  • 3Add the cheeses and the Italian seasoning.
  • 4Add the dry soup mix, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • 5Pour into 3" tart shells. Remove the shells from the aluminum pan.
  • 6Bake for 15 minutes or until they are brown and poof in the middle.
  • 7Serve hot.
