Ingredients

  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 can(s)
    4.5 oz. can mild green chilies, chopped and undrained
  • 1 pkg
    8-oz. package sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded

How to Make Texas Torte

Step-by-Step

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients; stir in chilies and cheeses.
  2. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 17 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until set. Cool and cut into squares.
