This is a food that is great for game day. I like to add whole kernel sweet corn to my bowl and sometimes put doritos around it to dip out of the bowl. My husband and kids love this.

Ingredients

  • 11/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup taco seasoning mix
  • 1 bag (5) flour tortillas
  • 1 box tortilla pan set
  • 5 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 tablespoons sour cream, 2 tbsp per bowl
  • 1/2 cup salsa per bowl
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese per bowl
  • 2/3 cup water

How To Make taco fiesta bowl

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Step 2
    Place tortillas inside the tortilla pans, spray with cooking spray and place on a baking sheet. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until tortillas are golden brown. Bake 4 to 5 minutes if you do not want it that crispy.
  • Step 3
    Meanwhile, season the meat with the montreal steak seasoning, table salt, creole,and kosher salt.
  • Step 4
    Put in a large nonstick skillet on medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Drain fat off the meat and add back to the skillet. Put the taco seasoning on the meat and add water. Cook for two minutes.
  • Step 5
    Put the bowls onto plates, put 1 cup of lettuce into each bowls, sprinkle the ground beef into each bowl evenly, sprinkle chopped tomato into each bowl evenly, put 1/4 cup of shredded cheese into each bowls .Then add 1/2 cup of salsa and 2 tbsp of sour cream.
