    french baguette
  • 4 c
    (16oz) shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp
    spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    hot sauce

How to Make Swiss Cheese Crostini


  1. Cut baguette, into 1/4 inch thick slices and place on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Combine cheese and next 5 ingredients; spread on bread slices.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately
