Ingredients

  • 1 - french baguette
  • 4 cups (16oz) shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup beer
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce

How To Make swiss cheese crostini

  • Step 1
    Cut baguette, into 1/4 inch thick slices and place on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet
  • Step 2
    Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Step 3
    Combine cheese and next 5 ingredients; spread on bread slices.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately
