1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cream cheese and chopped jalapenos in small bowl. Drop 1/2 inch balls onto wax paper lined plate. Place cream cheese balls into freezer while you prepare puff pastry-about 15 minutes
2Unfold sheets of puff pastry and roll over with a rolling pin to remove creases. Cut each sheet in half, then in half again and so on until you have 32 squares.
3Place each square into a greased mini muffin cup. Arrange so corners a pointed up. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
4Place one cream cheese ball into each pastry cup. Push in if pastry has begun to puff. Return to oven and bake and addition 8 - 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Remove pastries from tin and immediately top with 1/2 teaspoon pepper jelly. Serve warm.
