    wheel of brie 1lb. 1oz.
  • 4 slice
  • 8 slice
  • 1/4 lb
  • 1 sheet(s)
    puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 1
    egg baten with 1 tbl. melted butter

How to Make Stuffed Baby Brie


  1. Slice chilled brie in three layers. On bottom layer place the ham. Place next layer of brie on top and cover with pastrami. Place next layer of brie on top and cover with prosciutto. Cover and chill. When the puff pastry is thawed, wrap pastry around the wheel. And brush with egg mixture.. Bake at 375* for 25 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before serving.
