16 ozpackage of frozen chopped spinach thawed & drained
1 boxcornbread stovetop stuffing mix
1/2 c(irish) butter or unsalted
1 mediumonion finely chopped
1 cgrated parmesan cheese
1 dash(es)salt & pepper
How to Make SPINACH BALLS
- Preheat oven at 350F
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, cook 5 minutes until soft & translucent. Remove pan from heat.
- Remove excess water from thawed spinach by pressing it between two paper towels.
- In a large bowl combine the spinach, stovetop stuffing mix, parmesan cheese, eggs, onion, salt & pepper. Combine well.
