Ingredients

16 oz
package of frozen chopped spinach thawed & drained
1 box
cornbread stovetop stuffing mix
4 large
eggs
1/2 c
(irish) butter or unsalted
1 medium
onion finely chopped
1 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 dash(es)
salt & pepper

How to Make SPINACH BALLS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven at 350F

    Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, cook 5 minutes until soft & translucent. Remove pan from heat.
  • 2Remove excess water from thawed spinach by pressing it between two paper towels.
  • 3In a large bowl combine the spinach, stovetop stuffing mix, parmesan cheese, eggs, onion, salt & pepper. Combine well.
  • 4Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Using your hands, roll the mixture to form individual
    1~inch balls. Place each one on prepared baking sheet.
  • 5Bake for 15-20 minutes of until very slightly browned.
    Serve with your favorite dip or sauce.
