This little cheese snowman is quck to put together as a snack for a small crowd. I loved making this because it's so easy and it has a cute factor! People love it.

Ingredients

2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 - clove garlic minced (optional)
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make snowman cheeseball

Step 1

Cream together the 2 packages of cream cheese

Step 2

Add minced garlic if desired.
Step 3

Form 2 balls, one smaller than the other and roll the balls in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
