Ingredients
- 8 ounces smoked cream cheese
- 16 ounces smoked, sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely grated jalapeno
- 1 tablespoon finely grated onion
- 1 - driled guajillo pepper, crushed
- 3 slices cooked bacon, crushed
- 1 cup jalapeno bread crumbs
How To Make smoked jalapeno & bacon cheese balls.

Step 1Place cream cheese, jalapeno, onion, bacon and dried Chile in mixer. Blend till combined. Slowly add grated cheddar will mixing. Mix till well combined. Divide cheese mixture into four parts. Roll each into ball. Place jalapeno bread in food processor and puree until you have very fine crumbs. Roll cheese balls in crumbs, then gently pat balls to crumbs stick to cheese. Place in fridge for several hours.
