    salted cheese
  • 100 g
    pumpkin seeds
  • 250 g
  • 250 g
    cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 pinch
  • 1 pinch
    black sugar

How to Make Salted cheese with ruccola


  1. Cut the cheese in four slices equal.
  2. Chop big pumpkin seeds.
  3. In a plate,put the cheese,and,above,pumpkin seeds and pepper.
  4. Mix the vinegar,with sugar,oil
  5. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
  6. Mix the ruccola with cherry tomatoes and vinegrette,put near cheese and serve
