  • 400 grams salted cheese
  • 100 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 250 grams ruccola
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch black sugar

How To Make salted cheese with ruccola

  • Step 1
    Cut the cheese in four slices equal.
  • Step 2
    Chop big pumpkin seeds.
  • Step 3
    In a plate,put the cheese,and,above,pumpkin seeds and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Mix the vinegar,with sugar,oil
  • Step 5
    Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
  • Step 6
    Mix the ruccola with cherry tomatoes and vinegrette,put near cheese and serve
