How to Make Salted cheese with ruccola


  • 1Cut the cheese in four slices equal.
  • 2Chop big pumpkin seeds.
  • 3In a plate,put the cheese,and,above,pumpkin seeds and pepper.
  • 4Mix the vinegar,with sugar,oil
  • 5Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.
  • 6Mix the ruccola with cherry tomatoes and vinegrette,put near cheese and serve
