Ingredients
- 2 boxes frozen mini phyllo cups
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 10 ounces pkg. frozen spinach thawed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for sprinkling on top
How To Make ricotta spinach mini phyllo cups

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Squeeze the spinach dry.

Step 2Mix all ingredients except phyllo shells.

Step 3Fill each shell with spinach mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle parmesan overtop. Bake 20 min.
