As usual, I got this recipe out of an old Southern Living Annual Cook Book, and as usual, I can't remember which one. I'm bad to jot recipes down on index cards. Anyway, this is so easy to make and everyone just loves it!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound mild bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 package (32 oz.) velveeta, cut into cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar (16 oz.) jar mild salsa
How To Make queso dip

Step 1Brown ground beef and pork in a skillet over medium high heat just until cooked through. Drain off the fat.

Step 2Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir just to blend a bit.

Step 3Cook on low for 2 hours.

Step 4Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
