As usual, I got this recipe out of an old Southern Living Annual Cook Book, and as usual, I can't remember which one. I'm bad to jot recipes down on index cards. Anyway, this is so easy to make and everyone just loves it!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


Add to Grocery List

  • 1/2 lb
    mild bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    (32 oz.) velveeta, cut into cubes
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar(s)
    (16 oz.) jar mild salsa

How to Make Queso Dip


  1. Brown ground beef and pork in a skillet over medium high heat just until cooked through. Drain off the fat.
  2. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir just to blend a bit.
  3. Cook on low for 2 hours.
  4. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
