I make this often and friends rave about the wonderful combination of flavors. It is not a new recipe, it has been around for years. I especially like to make it at Easter because the pineapple reminds me of Spring.

Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 - cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated onion and the juice
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon allspice, ground
How To Make pineapple cheese ball

Step 1Mix all ingredients together except the pecans.

Step 2Form into a ball on a plate.

Step 3Cover with the pecans by pressing them on the ball.
