You will never have to resort to the store bought goo again. This recipe goes great on crackers, crudites or even little smokies. In the south, we just spread it on a piece of bread and make a sandwich.

    cheddar, sharp
  • 1/2 c
    duke's mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    pimiento peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 c
    green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash(es)

How to Make Pimiento Cheese


  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir with a rubber spatula to combine.
