Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs

Made these up for Easter dinner, everyone loved them, didn't even have any leftovers to bring home. Great twist on the deviled egg.

  • 12
    hard boiled eggs
  • 6 oz
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    pimentos ( or one small jar)
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream ( may want to use a little less for a drier mix)
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 tsp
    paprika ( i used spanish paprika)
  • 1/2 tsp
    cayenne pepper ( optional)

How to Make Pimento Cheese Deviled Eggs


  1. Boil eggs, slice in half (length)remove yolk and place into medium bowl and mash yolks up with a fork.
  2. Grate cheese and place in the bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Divide the mix among the egg whites. Arrange on platter and serve( or a paper plate like I did lol)
