Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. packages finely shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp, to taste)
  • 1 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 2-oz. jars diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

How To Make pimento cheese

  • Step 1
    Beat all ingredients together to make a creamy consistency. Refrigerate.
  • Step 2
    Best when prepared the day before serving.
