Great for St. Patty's Day parties. Fast and easy. I like to use herbed goat cheese to give extra flavor. You can also make this into individual appetizers by rolling it into little balls and placing them on toothpicks then roll them in the herbs.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    goat cheese
  • 8 oz
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan
  • 2 small
    shallots minced
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 c
    finely minced cilantro
  • 1/2 c
    finely minced parsley

How to Make Parmesan and Goat Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together except cilantro and parsley.
  2. Shape into a ball.
  3. Mix parsley and cilantro together
  4. Roll ball in herbs.
    Chill
