Ingredients

1 cup chopped pecans
4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small vidalia onion, chopped fine
3 dashes louisiana hot sauce
12 ounces strawbery preserves

How To Make onion cheese mold

Step 1

Spray a 4 cup ring mold with PAM.

Step 2

Mix cheese, mayonnaise, onions, chopped pecans, and hot sauce in a mixing bowl.
Step 3

Press mixture into the mold. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Step 4

Loosen mold with knife and invert on plate. Pour strawberry preserves in the hole of the mold. Serve with crackers.
