  • 250 g
  • 100 g
    butter, cold
  • 1 large
  • 400 g
    salted cheese
  • 100 ml
    sour cream
  • 1 large
  • 1 tsp
    dry dill
  • 1 tsp
    dry parsley
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper

How to Make Mini salted cheese tarts


  1. For the dough,mix butter with salt.Add beaten eggs and put flour.If it is neccessary add some cold water,till is compact.
  2. Let this dough in the fridge for minutes.
  3. Take out the dough,lay it and cut them in round circles.
  4. Put them in smeared tart forms,and bake a little
  5. Take them out from the oven,stuff them with cheese mixture,made it from cheese,sour cream,egg,dill, pepper.
  6. Bake till are ready.
