Ingredients

  • 250 grams flour
  • 100 grams butter, cold
  • 1 large egg
  • 400 grams salted cheese
  • 100 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dry dill
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley
  • 1 pinch black pepper

How To Make mini salted cheese tarts

  • Step 1
    For the dough,mix butter with salt.Add beaten eggs and put flour.If it is neccessary add some cold water,till is compact.
  • Step 2
    Let this dough in the fridge for minutes.
  • Step 3
    Take out the dough,lay it and cut them in round circles.
  • Step 4
    Put them in smeared tart forms,and bake a little
  • Step 5
    Take them out from the oven,stuff them with cheese mixture,made it from cheese,sour cream,egg,dill,parley.black pepper.
  • Step 6
    Bake till are ready.
