250 g
flour
100 g
butter, cold
1 large
egg
400 g
salted cheese
100 ml
sour cream
1 large
egg
1 tsp
dry dill
1 tsp
dry parsley
1 pinch
black pepper

How to Make Mini salted cheese tarts

Step-by-Step

  • 1For the dough,mix butter with salt.Add beaten eggs and put flour.If it is neccessary add some cold water,till is compact.
  • 2Let this dough in the fridge for minutes.
  • 3Take out the dough,lay it and cut them in round circles.
  • 4Put them in smeared tart forms,and bake a little
  • 5Take them out from the oven,stuff them with cheese mixture,made it from cheese,sour cream,egg,dill,parley.black pepper.
  • 6Bake till are ready.
