- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped pimento
- 18 - triscuts or mini rye bread
- 6 ounces slice ham
- 6 ounces sliced turkey
- 5 slices bacon cooked & crumbled

- - green olives

Step 1In a saucepan melt butter, stir in flour til smooth. Add stock and cheese. Bring to boil cook for 1-2 min. Turn off heat and add pimentos. Place bread on baking sheet, layer lunch meats, spoon cheese sauce and sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 350 for 10-12min.
