    chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3/4 c
    half and half
  • 1 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp
    chopped pimento
  • 18
    triscuts or mini rye bread
  • 6 oz
    slice ham
  • 6 oz
    sliced turkey
  • 5 slice
    bacon cooked & crumbled

  • ·
    sliced onion
  • ·
    fresh herbs
  • ·
    green olives

How to Make Mini Hot Brown Apps


  1. In a saucepan melt butter, stir in flour til smooth.
    Add stock and cheese. Bring to boil cook for 1-2 min. Turn off heat and add pimentos.

    Place bread on baking sheet, layer lunch meats, spoon cheese sauce and sprinkle with bacon.
    Bake at 350 for 10-12min.
