We had a dinner at work, and one of my coworkers brought these. I had to have the recipe, and after you try them you will see why. You can't just eat one. They are so simple and taste so good.

Ingredients
- 4 oz - jallapenos
- 4 oz - pimentos
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 packages cream cheese softened 8 oz size
- 1/4 - of a medium size onion
- 8 - flour tortillas
How To Make mexican pinwheels

Step 1Put all ingredients except tortillas in the food processor and process till well mixed.

Step 2spread on tortillas ad roll tightly.

Step 3Cover ad refrigerate overnight.

Step 4Cut into bite size pieces and serve. Can be served with salsa.
