How to Make Mexican Cheese Dip
- Chop and/or mince the vegetables as required, then set aside.
- Use non-stick boiling pot to slowly melt down Con Queso cheese w/1 cup Skim Milk on medium-low heat. (Works best when 1/2 the milk and 1/2 the cheese block are melted, then re-peated.)
- Pour vegetables into large bowl. Pour Mexican cheese sauce over vegetables while hot, then add salt and cayenne pepper. Stir well for about a minute. Serve with tortilla chips.
