I made up this dip recipe off the top of my head. I'm a Culinary Arts student and am continually looking for new recipes to try. After tinkering with this idea, and letting my friends try it, they were blown away!

How to Make Mexican Cheese Dip

  • 1Chop and/or mince the vegetables as required, then set aside.
  • 2Use non-stick boiling pot to slowly melt down Con Queso cheese w/1 cup Skim Milk on medium-low heat. (Works best when 1/2 the milk and 1/2 the cheese block are melted, then re-peated.)
  • 3Pour vegetables into large bowl. Pour Mexican cheese sauce over vegetables while hot, then add salt and cayenne pepper. Stir well for about a minute. Serve with tortilla chips.
